Bellevue Elementary School Will Open 2009 in Lakewood Villages

Bellevue’s newest elementary school, Bellevue Elementary School, will open August, 2009. The school, located in Lakewood Villages, will serve students in grades K-6.

SOAR Provides Tutorials and Worldwide State Assessments

SOAR (Student Online Achievement Resources) is on online resource for students and parents. With the click of a mouse SOAR takes the child to a virtual classroom. Students can view state assessments, test to see their strengths and areas where they need improvement, and work on tutorials.

Twenty-nine students at Bellevue West and sixteen students at Bellevue East have earned the designation of Advanced Placement Scholar by the College Board. This is in recognition of their exceptional achievement on the college-level AP program exams.
